      So glad I am back on this product!

      Incredible stuff 🤌

      Amazing product

      Due to some external stressors, my cycle had consistently blown out to between 38- 45 days. I was also getting one or two random cystic acne spots on my back, which I had never experienced in my life. I started taking PMT Rescue and Rest & Relax every day and my next cycle was reduced to 27 days, with a noticeable change in the ability to stay asleep at night, and no reoccurrence of skin issues.
