Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following are the ATP Science promotional Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The ATP Science End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale commences at 12:00am AEST on 4 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 27 June 2026 ("Promotional Period"), unless withdrawn, extended, or amended by ATP Science at its sole discretion.

2. EOFY Promotional Offers

Selected products will be available at discounted prices during the Promotional Period.

Discount levels may vary by product and category. Any reference to "up to 70% off" applies to selected products only and does not apply sitewide.

Promotional pricing is available while stocks last.

Excludes Creapure Powder & Chewables. 

3. Gift With Purchase (GWP) Offers - ONLY AVAILABLE TO ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN IN AUSTRALIA

Customers may qualify for the following Gifts With Purchase (GWP) during the Promotional Period:

4. Stacking of GWP Offers

GWP offers are cumulative and stackable.

Customers who spend:

Order Value	Gift Eligibility
$180+	Tier 1 GWP
$250+	Tier 1 + Tier 2 GWPs
$350+	Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3 GWPs

For example, a customer spending $350 or more will receive all three eligible gifts.

5. Qualifying Spend

Spend thresholds are calculated based on:

• Final cart value after discounts have been applied
• Before shipping charges are added

The following do not contribute towards qualifying spend:

• Shipping charges
• Gift cards
• Refunds
• Store credits
• Cancelled items

If an order is amended, refunded, or partially cancelled and no longer meets the qualifying spend threshold, ATP Science reserves the right to deduct the value of any GWP from the refund amount.

6. Product & Promotion Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, EOFY promotions cannot be used in conjunction with:

• Any other promotional code
• Affiliate discounts
• Ambassador discounts
• Referral discounts
• Loyalty reward redemptions
• Third-party promotional offers

ATP Science reserves the right to determine which promotion provides the greater customer benefit where multiple offers are applied.

The following may also be excluded from EOFY promotions:

• Gift cards
• Subscription orders
• Selected bundles
• Clearance products
• Limited edition products
• Products specifically marked as excluded

7. GWP Availability

All GWPs are available while stocks last.

ATP Science reserves the right to:

• Substitute a GWP with a product of equal or greater value
• Remove or amend a GWP offer once allocated stock has been exhausted
• Change available flavours based on inventory availability

No rain checks will be offered.

8. Orders, Returns & Refunds

Orders cannot be modified once submitted.

Returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with ATP Science's standard Returns Policy.

Where an order qualified for a GWP and the return reduces the final spend below the relevant threshold, ATP Science reserves the right to:

• Require return of the GWP; or
• Deduct the retail value of the GWP from the refund amount.

9. Pricing & System Errors

ATP Science reserves the right to cancel, amend, or refund any order where:

• A pricing error occurs
• A promotional error occurs
• A technical or system error impacts product pricing or availability
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Promotional offers have been misused

10. General

ATP Science reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the EOFY Sale at any time
• Amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
• Limit quantities purchased per customer where deemed necessary

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Free shipping is available on orders delivered within Australia only. This offer is not valid for international orders and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer. The promotion is valid for a limited time only.

Spend & Save Promotion – Terms & Conditions

The Spend & Save Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by ATP Science and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Promotion Period

• The Promotion is valid April 13-30, 2026 only. ATP Science reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

• Customers will receive 20% off when spending $150 or more in a single transaction.
• Customers will receive 30% off when spending $250 or more in a single transaction.
• The applicable discount will be automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying spend threshold is met.

Exclusions & Limitations

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, subscription discount, bundle pricing, or promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Creapure Creatine and new product launches are excluded from the sale.
• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed during the Promotion period.
• Gift cards, shipping fees, taxes, and duties do not count toward the qualifying spend threshold
• Subscription purchases are excluded from this Promotion at ATP Science’s discretion.

Afterpay Day

Effective Date: March 16-25, 2026

1. General Sale Conditions

1.1. Discounts are available for a limited time only during the Afterpay Day promotional period.
1.2. All discounts apply automatically at checkout unless otherwise specified.
1.3. Bundles, Creapure® products and selected new releases are excluded from all Afterpay Day offers and discounts.
1.4. Offers are valid while stocks last. ATP Science reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
1.5. Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers, including sitewide sales, promotional codes, or discounted items. Points may only be redeemed on full-priced purchases unless otherwise stated.

2. Gifts With Purchase (GWP)

4. Marketing Claims & Value Statements

4.1. ATP Science reserves the right to adjust or substitute GWP items to ensure customers still receive a value-aligned item if an originally planned GWP becomes unavailable.

5. Order Amendments & Returns

5.1. If an order is edited after checkout and no longer meets the spend threshold, the GWP will be removed.
5.2. If a customer returns items and the net spend falls below the threshold, the GWP must be returned in unused condition.

6. Shipping & Processing

6.1. Due to high demand during Afterpay Day, order processing times may be longer than usual.
6.2. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

7. ATP Science Rights

ATP Science reserves the right to modify, cancel, or restrict promotions at any time, including adjusting thresholds, availability, and GWP allocations where required.

Spend & Save Promotion – Terms & Conditions

The Spend & Save Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by ATP Science and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns & Refunds

• If items purchased as part of the Promotion are returned and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying spend threshold, the promotional discount will be voided, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
• Refunds will be processed based on the discounted price paid, not the original full price.

Fair Use & Misuse
ATP Science reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to misuse the Promotion, including but not limited to bulk buying for resale, repeated cancellations, or other activity deemed abusive or fraudulent.

General

• The Promotion is available online only at atpscience.com.au (or relevant regional site).
• ATP Science’s standard Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy apply.
• ATP Science reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to the Promotion.

Black Friday

Effective Date: Nov 19 - Dec 1, 2025

1. General Sale Conditions

1.1. Discounts are available for a limited time only during the Black Friday promotional period.
1.2. All discounts apply automatically at checkout unless otherwise specified.
1.3. Bundles, Creapure® products and selected new releases are excluded from all Black Friday offers and discounts.

2. Gifts With Purchase (GWP)

2.1 Spend $150 – Randomised Sachet Pack

• Customers who spend $150 or more in a single transaction will receive one (1) Randomised Sachet Pack.
• Sachet varieties are selected at random and may include duplicates depending on stock availability.
• Offer applies to the first 100 qualifying orders during Early Access and Public Sale combined, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Spend $250 – NOWAY!® Collagen Mallow Bar Box (12-Pack)

• If the chocolate flavour sells out, ATP Science may replace the GWP with a vanilla flavour or an alternative available variant.

2.3 Spend $400 – NOWAY!® Creatine Monohydrate 1kg

• Customers who spend $400 or more in a single transaction will receive one (1) NOWAY!® Creatine Monohydrate 1kg.
• This gift will be applied to:
  • The first 150 Early Access orders that meet the $400 threshold, AND
  • The first 150 Public Sale orders that meet the $400 threshold.
• Once allocations are exhausted for each period, the GWP will no longer apply.

3. Exclusivity & Availability

4.1. Promotional messaging during Black Friday may reference gifts valued “up to $300.”
4.2. “Up to” refers to the maximum potential combined value of GWP items available throughout the promotional period, inclusive of any alternative items or substitutions that may be offered as the sale progresses.
4.3. Actual value of the GWP received may vary depending on:

• Stock availability,
• Substitutions required,
• Order timing (Early Access vs Public Sale),
• Or which threshold(s) the customer qualifies for.

4.4. ATP Science reserves the right to adjust or substitute GWP items to ensure customers still receive a value-aligned item if an originally planned GWP becomes unavailable.
