ATP Science Rewards – Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The ATP Science Rewards (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of ATP Science Pty Ltd (“ATP Science”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.
ATP Science reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over with a valid customer account on the ATP Science website.
- Membership is free and limited to one account per individual.
- ATP Science may refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion, including where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, discounts, refunds, gift cards, and loyalty redemptions.
- Points are awarded only after an order has been successfully fulfilled and not returned or refunded.
- ATP Science reserves the right to delay or withhold points where an order is under review.
- ATP Science reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and multipliers at any time.
4. Points Expiry
- Points expire 6 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated.
- Points may also expire earlier if the Program is modified or discontinued.
- ATP Science is not responsible for notifying members of expiring points.
5. Points Redemption
- Minimum redemption: 100 points = $5 AUD.
- Maximum redemption per transaction: 2,000 points = $100 AUD.
- Points can only be redeemed at checkout on eligible purchases and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. Exclusions & Restrictions
- Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions, including but not limited to storewide sales, flash sales, subscription discounts, or other promotional offers, unless expressly stated.
- Points cannot be earned on purchases made using loyalty redemptions.
- ATP Science reserves the right to exclude specific products, collections, or promotions from earning or redeeming points.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- If an order is returned, refunded, or cancelled, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s balance.
- If points from a refunded order have already been redeemed, ATP Science reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value from future points or cancel the associated reward.
8. Misuse, Fraud & Account Suspension
ATP Science may suspend or terminate a loyalty account, void points, or reverse rewards where we reasonably believe that:
- The Program has been abused or manipulated
- False or misleading information has been provided
- Multiple accounts are used to gain an unfair advantage
- Activity is inconsistent with the intent of the Program
Our decision in these matters is final.
9. Program Changes & Termination
- ATP Science may amend these Terms & Conditions, point values, tier benefits, or redemption rules at any time.
- ATP Science may suspend or terminate the Program at its discretion, with or without notice.
- In the event of termination, unused points may be forfeited without compensation.
10. Liability Limitation
ATP Science is not liable for:
- Technical errors, system outages, or incorrect point allocations
- Loss of points due to account inactivity, expiry, or Program changes
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Program
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Program are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
